Jack was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Saturday, November 7th, 2015 in Marion, Utah It was a beautiful, special and spiritual day for everyone. It was the first time for all of his family to be combined in one place, and show their love and support for him. The Stake Center had been under construction prior to the baptism, and when we got there, the water in the font was freezing cold! Apparently, the water heather wasn't properly working, but no one knew it! Jack was very brave and entered the water despite his hesitations.
After the baptismal ordinance and confirmation, Jack got very emotional and teary. I talked to him and we came to decide that was the Holy Ghost witnessing and confirming to him that Heavenly Father was pleased with his decision. I was so proud of him for being willing to feel the Spirit and hope he never forgets the feeling he felt that day.
